While we lived in California, he took care of everything, and kept us updated too!
Building a home in Bend, while we were still living in Southern California, initially gave us some concern. That concern quickly evaporated. If you want a builder that gives you daily and timely reports, keeps you informed of what is happening on your home construction and follows up with pictures on a near daily basis, John is the one for you.
From the time that we started drawing up the plans for our home through the finish process, John gave us options and very helpful suggestions that truly customized our home. With so many decisions to be made throughout the entire construction process, it was great to have someone who was so knowledgeable and meticulous, with great attention to detail.
The subcontractors which John used are truly craftsmen and with John on the job every day, John kept to a tight construction schedule and, yes, within budget.
If we had to do it all over again, we would be calling John based on the product and experience he delivered.
We thoroughly enjoy our new home. Thank you, John.

John Fiocchi built our dream home.
From the day we broke ground to the day we moved in, what I appreciated most about John is that he is on the jobsite each and every day. This was a very important consideration for us, as I believe without this, there can be costly mistakes and delays in the project. He was there every day, making sure to the best of his ability that things are being done to the highest standards and on schedule.
John took our plans and our concept of what we wanted the final result to look and feel like and made it reality.
Our house turned out exactly like what we envisioned and the attention to detail and the finished product are of the highest order.
No project ends without a punch list of unfinished items and John’s follow up was immediate and thorough.
For anyone considering building a house in Central Oregon I would strongly recommend talking with John Fiochhi.

Enjoying the extras…
September 2015 we purchased a spec home from John and Mary which had just been completed.
When we walked into the home we were in awe of the quality of the masonry, all the storage and the large windows that took advantage of the view throughout the home.
John did an excellent job locating a plan that maximized the lot. For a spec home a lot of extras were included.
After moving in John and his sub contractors were readily available for any assistance we needed. We enjoy the home tremendously and all that it offers.

Excellent job!
John Fiocchi of WeBe Homes did an outstanding job on our project.
John and his crew completed a beautiful job siding and detailing our large warehouse and barn on our property in Terrebonne, OR.
As a physician, and sister of a home contractor, I could be considered a high maintenance or demanding customer. John’s attention to detail, willingness to adjust to input, and presence on the job making it just right was above and beyond. Their work exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier.
The work site was kept clean and organized. The project bid was very competitive, the quality of the product excellent (he exchanged some of the siding boards that had imperfections and got new replacements at Parr himself), and the timeliness was accurate.
After the initial few days, I was unable to be present for a lot of the project and trusted John and his crew completely.
You know you are working with a good person when they make sure to include their meals on wheels volunteer deliveries to neighbors while maintaining a business. Same goes for his excellent subcontractors (Robert – lead sider) that volunteers as a little league coach.

We just love the arched entry…
We recently had a home built by We Be Homes and have truly moved into our dream home. Our journey into this process began when we purchased a nice piece of land that abuts to pastureland (horses and other wildlife) So we wanted a builder who was not only skilled but also had great ideas that would work with our lifestyle to create that one of a kind space. After talking to a few builders, we decided to go with We Be Homes. We felt that John Fiocchi captured the essence of who we are; what we want in our house; and basically give us the home we desired. John put forth the diligence, dedication and craftsmanship as if he were building his own home.
John works with a group of wonderful, competent, caring subs. They all worked together like a well-oiled machine. Each phase of the project was completed in a timely manner and done correctly; no shortcuts. We were also impressed with how well the work area was always kept neat and clean. He communicated with us each step of the way, which was very reassuring to us as we had not ever been through the process before. He helped with getting us in touch with lighting specialists and surface (flooring specialists) and such so we could coordinate our color scheme.
John has a great flair for style: We just love the arched entry way, knotty pine ceiling on the front and back porches, glass pantry door, and the many other nuances that make our home unique and stylish.
He is also practical in his suggestions as well with the extra storage space he crafted in our home – a window bench seat in the great room to store games or blankets; and a large storage area under the back side of the house which would have otherwise been wasted space and would have taken up valuable space in our garage.
We have gotten so many compliments and wonderful comments from friends and family and still cannot believe that this is our house. Many thanks to John Fiocchi for making this a reality. We highly recommend We Be Homes.
